The Dynamic Walk Orthosis is a new AFO made of a lightweight moldable carbon fiber composite material. The open heel construction allows for optimal fit and comfort with various shoe types. Utilizing low-profile M-L dynamic rods provides subtalar inversion/eversion, dorsi/plantar flexion, and transverse rotation while providing dorsiflexion assist. This high activity design allows for walking, running, and squatting without the need for straps and maintains its position on the leg/foot dynamically.
